Hot Parmesan Garlic Turkey Sliders

Take your sandwiches to the next level and have enough for the next day with hot sliders. Preheat your oven to 350º.

Buy a package of hawaiian rolls. They come in different sizes like "rolls" and "mini subs." Either is fine, but I prefer the mini sub size. Cut the top half off and set it aside. Place the bottom half in a baking dish that is sprayed with non stick spray.

Layer turkey (and or ham) on all the buns. I usually do 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of ham.

Add a double layer of mozzarella cheese and then put the top of the buns back on.

Melt parmesan butter in the microwave, and pour it over the top of all the sandwiches. (A fun twist is to sprinkle "everything but the bagel seasoning" on top as well.)

Cover the dish with foil and add to the oven. Cook for 20mins, then remove the foil. They're done if you can see the cheese is melty and gooey. If not, leave the foil off and cook for another 3mins or so.
